Michael A. Alfred, JD, MBA, CDFA, CSA
Michael A. Alfred has practiced law in California for over 30 years. His primary areas of expertise are wills and trusts, trust administration, video wills and asset/business protection. He partners with his clients and their advisors to design and implement sound financial and business strategies to protect families and assets. He is an active member of the California State Bar and holds a membership in the San Diego County Bar Association.
Background
Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Alfred was the nationally top-ranked Division Manager at AXA Advisors, a Fortune 15 company with over $1.1 trillion in assets under management. Before that, Mr. Alfred was a successful entrepreneur taking Beachwalk Financial from start-up to profitability within 6 months. Beachwalk quickly truned into a major player in the life settlement industry. Prior to founding Beachwalk, Mr. Alfred was a successful car dealer with Ford dealerships in San Diego and Alameda, California. Mr. Alfred has served as a CFO and General Counsel for a successful start-up technology company that was later successfully sold to a Fortune 500 Company.
Mr. Alfred draws upon his business and entrepreneurship experience to customize legal solutions for his clients.
Community Involvement
Mr. Alfred sits on the Board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego and was previously active with the San Diego Center for Children. Mr. Alfred has volunteered at the San Diego County Bar Association "Free Law" events giving free legal advice to other San Diegans.
