Michael A. Alfred has practiced law in California for over 20 years. His primary areas of expertise are business law, estate planning and divorce consulting. He partners with his clients and their advisors to design and implement sound financial and business strategies that protect families and assets. Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Alfred was the nationally top-ranked Division Manager at AXA Advisors, a Fortune 15 company with over $1.1 trillion in assets under management. Before that Mr. Alfred was a successful entrepreneur taking Beachwalk Financial from start-up to profitability within 6 months. Beachwalk quickly turned into a major player in the life settlement industry. Prior to founding Beachwalk, Mr. Alfred was a successful car dealer with Ford dealerships in San Diego and Alameda, California. Mr. Alfred has served as a CFO and General Counsel for a successful start-up technology company that was later successfully sold to a Fortune 500 Company.

Community Involvement

Mr. Alfred sits on the Board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego and is actively involved with the San Diego Center for Children. Mr. Alfred volunteers at the San Diego County Bar Association “Free Law” events giving free legal advice to other San Diegans. Mr. Alfred is active in the school and church community, putting on free seminars with his spouse and children about how young students and their parents should best prepare for admission to the nation’s top colleges and universities.

Julie O. Molteni

Background

Ms. Molteni joined the Law Office of Michael A. Alfred in 2009 following graduation from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. Ms. Molteni's practice at the Law Office of Michael A. Alfred focuses primarily in the area of civil litigation, including real estate fraud and complex real property transactions.

In 2006 Ms. Molteni graduated from the University of California at Davis with double major in history and political science. At Davis she was an active member of the UC Davis Triathlon team. In her senior year she was in the History Honors Program and received High Honors for her thesis. While in law school Ms. Molteni worked as a law clerk in the area of family law, retirement benefits, and employment law.

Ms. Molteni is an active member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice on the Federal District Court for the Southern District of California.
